In the standard version, the filling system manifold is provided with integrated diaphragm filters of 100 micron to protect the hydraulic intensifier against impurities. This unit ensures proper filling of hydraulic circuits before the hydraulic intensifier starts to operate.

URM-FL - Hydraulic intensifier with URM-FL compact filling manifold

The unit can be easily mounted in-line by the "P", "A" and "X" ¼" BSPP ports or by O-ring ports (supply bores with a max. diameter of 9 mm). This unit ensures proper filling of the most complex hydraulic circuits before the hydraulic intensifier starts to operate. It can be easily mounted in-line by the 1/4 BSPP parts or by O-Ring parts.

UAP100 - Pressure coupling unit with manual control

Pressure coupling units are used when the clamping equipment is separated from the hydraulic pressure generator, i.e. for manufacturing systems with pallet change or when a single pressure generator is applied for several clamping devices. Thanks to the integrated accumulator, the pressure coupling unit keeps the pressure at the required level. It is equipped with a pressure reducing valve to protect the clamping equipment against excessively high hydraulic pressure.
A pressure gauge allows the equipment state to be continuously observed.

This valve can exclusively be used for cylinders of the FD and PD series and on the A clamping port only. When the cylinder is unclamped, the hydraulic oil flow is free.
